What to Do Before CoolSculpting:
-Stop taking supplements/medications/alcohol that cause the blood to thin 48 hours prior to treatment.
-Eat a light meal prior to treatment (snacks and drinks will be available during treatment).
What to Do After CoolSculpting:
-Massage the area 2x a day using Alastin TRANSform cream to accelerate results.

What areas can be treated?
CoolSculpting® is FDA-cleared to treat visible fat bulges in 9 areas of the body between the chin and above the knee.
How does the treatment plan work?
Our CoolSculpting® specialist will assess you to discuss what area you want to treat to then determine the amount of cycles and sessions needed. Cycles can range from 2-12 cycles per session. Each cycle is 35-45 minutes with two different scheduled sessions (6-9 weeks apart). The CoolSculpting® ELITE has a duel head applicator, meaning two cycles can be completed at one time.
What is the downtime or side effects?
There is minimal to no downtime following the treatment. The more common side effects include temporary numbness, discomfort and swelling. Most patients find they can go on with their normal daily routine immediately.
