Appointment Cancellation Policy

At Advanced Aesthetics, your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. When an appointment is cancelled or missed without proper notice, it prevents us from accommodating other patients and directly impacts our providers’ schedules.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Appointments cancelled, rescheduled, or missed within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be subject to a cancellation fee.

Cancellation Fee

  • The cancellation fee is determined by the treatment scheduled and reflects the time, preparation, and provider resources reserved for your appointment.

  • Fees may range from a flat fee to a percentage of the scheduled service, depending on the treatment.

  • No-show appointments will incur the full applicable cancellation fee.

Credit Card on File

  • A valid credit card is required at the time of booking for all appointments.

  • By booking an appointment, you authorize Advanced Aesthetics to charge the applicable cancellation fee to the card on file if the cancellation policy is not met.

Emergencies

  • We understand that emergencies happen and will always handle true emergencies on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible if an unexpected situation arises.
