Mary Pat became a board certified Nurse Practitioner in July 2015 after completing Kent State University's Nurse Practitioner program. With over 30 years' experience as a registered nurse and cosmetic therapist, Mary Pat continually seeks to increase her knowledge and skill to better serve her clients.
Mary Pat has been in the cosmetic aesthetics industry for 20 years. With over 2000 clients that have followed her to Advanced Aesthetics in addition to being Nationally recognized, we refer to her as the Master Injector. In addition to owning Advanced Aesthetics, Mary Pat is also faculty to Allergan's Medical Institute and trains injectors throughout the State of Ohio.

Haley Seidel has a Business Administrative degree from Ohio University. She advanced her education by receiving her bachelors degree in Nursing from Ursuline College. While working as a Critical Care Nurse at University Hospitals, Haley shadowed and completed a preceptorship with Mary Pat and has now come on as an Aesthetic Nurse.
Haley's belief and passion is to educate patients that their skin is their largest organ and the importance of caring for it. Haley has built a robust skillset and is trained and focuses on, Injectables (neurotoxins and dermal fillers), Laser, Microneedling and CoolSculpting treatments. In addition, she has extensive knowledge and clinical training on our medical grade skincare lines: ZO Skinhealth and Alastin.
Haley Seidel, RN
Samantha comes with 11 years of experience in Critical Care and clinical education at University Hospitals.
Sam started shadowing Mary Pat in June of 2022. Sam was a natural in this environment and has transitioned to an Aesthetic Nurse. She is trained and focuses on Injectables (neurotoxins and dermal fillers) and CoolSculpting treatments.
Sam emphasizes how important it is to follow the science that drives patient care practices. She believes that while science states the aging process is inevitable, we can utilize the art of aesthetics to slow its progression, restore its integrity and reach our optimal levels of skin health.
Sam Skinner, RN
Mackenzie is a licensed aesthetician who earned her certification from the Brown Aveda Institute in 2024. She specializes in personalized, results-driven facials that leave clients feeling confident and refreshed.
Mackenzie began her journey at Advanced Aesthetics, where she had the opportunity to shadow Haley from day one. Through hands-on training and real-world experience, she developed a deeper understanding of advanced skincare techniques and client care.
With a calm, professional presence and a passion for skin health, Mackenzie is committed to helping each client achieve their glow.
