-Avoid supplements and medications that thin the blood for 2-3 days prior to treatment.
-Workout/exercise prior to treatment.
-Take Arnica or eat Pineapple (yes, really!) 48 hours prior to treatment to help eliminate any bruising.
Post:
-Wait 24 hours to workout/exercise.

Is Skinvive a filler?
Like Juvederm fillers, Juvederm Skinvive is an injectable gel composed of hyaluronic acid. However, Skinvive differs from dermal fillers in its use: to increase skin hydration and smoothness near the injection site versus giving volume.
